  We were referred to Preferred Pediatrics after we had heard that Diana had provided flexible immunization schedules for patients. She had just opened a new office in Milford and we initially enjoyed our visits but the quality of the practice and the care has greatly declined in the past year. Being a solo practice, it is clear that preferred pediatrics struggles to provide consistent quality care. Examples: We had a time where my daughter contracted an eye infection the day before we were scheduled to leave for vacation. We called early that morning to schedule an appointment and to discuss care options as we were concerned about her eye being contagious. The call was place 30 min before the office opened and the answering service took our information to pass along to the Dr. The phone call we received to follow-up was shocking. My wife answers the phone to hear a very off-put Dr. Lopusny on the other line. My wife explained the situation at hand and the Dr. says - do not call me unless there is a real emergency. I am in the middle of breast feeding my child. A good doctor would never make you feel uncomfortable with seeking medical care. On multiple occasions upon taking my daughter in for evaluations, Dr. Lopusny would say "what do you think she has"... though I appreciate her referencing me for care options, her lack of medical knowledge is evident in her ability to diagnose ailments. These are only two examples... there are others. All in all - this is not a place I feel comfortable with sending my children.

  I love this practice . After leaving a practice that over rxd antibiotics and dismissed my questions I searched and finally found the answers to my prayers. A pediatrician who supports the decisions of parents and encourages parents to educate themselves on everything that goes into our children. Dr Lopusny Treats her patients as family. Not only does she get to the root of ailments, she taught me proper nutrition for my babies and myself and helps keep my family as healthy as possible. Forever grateful for finding this practice .
